JD / MBA課程由香港中文大學法律學院和商學院聯合主辦。它將為您提供在廣泛的亞洲范圍內擔任領導角色所需要的深入的法律知識和商業成熟度。
這是一個學術嚴謹和專業豐富的項目，與連續采取學位所需的時間相比，該項目將使得學習者在更短的時間內獲得法學博士（JD）學位和工商管理碩士（MBA）學位。

The JD/MBA program, is jointly hosted by the CUHK Faculty of Law and Business School. It will equip you with the depth of legal knowledge and business sophistication required in a wide range of leadership roles in Asia.
This is an academically rigorous and professionally enriching program that leads to the award of both a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in a shorter period than would be required if the degrees were taken consecutively.
Under this integrated program, up to 12 units of MBA coursework are recognized toward fulfillment of the JD requirements. Similarly, the MBA programs recognize up to 12 units of JD coursework toward fulfillment of the MBA requirements. Students admitted into the integrated program can thus reduce their combined units of study by up to 24.

學術方面，您必須具有：
1，畢業于一所認可的大學，獲得非法律學科的學士學位或非普通法司法管轄區的法律學位，且不低于二等榮譽學位；或
2，畢業于一所認可的大學，獲得非法律學科學士學位或獲得非普通法司法管轄權的法律學士學位，且在本科課程中平均成績等級不低于“B”等；或
3，在高等教育機構完成了學習課程，并獲得相當于榮譽學位的專業資格或類似資格。
4，您必須取得令人滿意的GMAT / GRE成績：
對于2017年入學的申請者，參加GMAT / GRE考試的時間應在2013年1月或之后。
申請人應安排將官方成績寄給香港中文大學的MBA項目組。
香港中文大學全日制MBA的GMAT課程代碼為R9H-0W-26；香港中文大學非全日制MBA的GMAT課程代碼是R9H-0W-08。
香港中文大學MBA的GRE DI代碼為7430。
5，英語語言能力要求
您還必須通過以下方式滿足英語語言能力要求：
擁有在香港或英語國家完成學習課程或主要以英語授課的學士學位；
或在國際英語語言測試系統（IELTS）中取得了7.5或更好的成績，所取得的成績在申請JD / MBA課程時不超過兩年；
或在TOEFL紙質化考試成績為600分及以上，或機考成績為100分及以上，且所取得的成績在申請JD / MBA課程時不超過兩年；
或提供相當于前述措施之一的英語能力的替代證據。PETS評分將不被視為替代證據。
6，工作經驗
對于全日制課程：具有3年資格后全職工作經驗，或具有經認證的專業資格；
對于非全日制課程：具有3年資格后全職工作經驗，或具有經認證的專業資格。

Academic
You must have:
graduated from a recognized university and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in a non-law subject or a law degree from a non-common law jurisdiction, normally with honors no lower than Second Class; or
graduated from an Honors program of a recognized university with a Bachelor’s degree in a non-law subject or a law degree from a non-common law jurisdiction, achieving an average grade of no lower than “B” in undergraduate courses; or
completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to an honors degree.
GMAT/GRE Scores
You must have obtained satisfactory GMAT/GRE scores:
For Intake of 2017 admission, the GMAT/GRE test should be taken in or after January 2013.
Applicants should arrange to send the official scores to the MBA Programs of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
GMAT Program code for Full-time CUHK MBA is R9H-0W-26; and Part-time CUHK MBA is R9H-0W-08.
GRE DI code for CUHK MBA is 7430.
English Language Proficiency Requirement
You must also satisfy the English Language Proficiency Requirement by:
possessing a Bachelor’s degree obtained by completing a program of study in Hong Kong or an English-speaking country, or which was taught primarily in the English Language; or
having gained a result of Band 7.5 or better in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), obtained no more than two years before the date of applying to the JD/MBA Program; or
having gained a result of 600 (Paper Based Test) or 100 (Internet Based Test) or better in the Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL), obtained no more than two years before the date of applying to the JD/MBA Program; or
providing alternative evidence of English proficiency equivalent to one of the preceding measures. PETS scores will not be considered as alternative evidence.
Work Experience
For the Full-time Program: 3 years’ post-qualification full-time work experience or recognized professional qualifications;
For the Part-time Program: at least 3 years’ post qualification full-time work experience or recognized professional qualifications.
