本次論壇由廣東省社會科學界聯合會主辦，汕頭大學商學院和廣東省普通高校人文社會科學重點研究基地汕頭大學粵臺企業合作研究院聯合承辦，汕頭市社會科學界聯合會、汕頭市僑界博士發展促進會、汕頭大學東南亞研究中心、汕頭大學潮商創新創業研究中心協辦。

本次論壇得到了全國學術界的廣泛關注和支持，共收到來自中山大學、東南大學、華東師范大學、鄭州大學、華南農業大學、廣東外語外貿大學、揚州大學、大連海事大學、中共廣州市委黨校、汕頭大學等20余家高校、黨校專家學者的論文近80篇，線上近200人參會。

他表示，今天論壇主題涉及的數字經濟和鄉村振興都是國家戰略，廣東作為經濟大省，要在推動鄉村產業、文化、人才、組織振興，推進數字技術與實體經濟深度融合等方面走在前列。期待社科界專家學者圍繞數字經濟助力鄉村振興、數字技術助推鄉村社會治理、凝聚僑心僑力僑智助推鄉村振興等重大理論和實踐問題，進行深入探討，拿出好的對策建議，為推動廣東在新征程中走在全國前列、創造新的輝煌貢獻廣東社科界的智慧和力量。

汕頭市社會科學界聯合會主席李旭東致辭：

他表示，汕頭是我國首批經濟特區之一、全國著名僑鄉，要深入學習貫徹黨的二十大精神和習近平總書記視察廣東、視察汕頭重要講話和重要指示精神，搶抓數字浪潮的戰略機遇，激發數字技術賦智、賦值、賦能效應。需要專家學者為汕頭走“工業立市、產業強市”之路，加快構建“三新兩特一大”產業發展格局，做好“僑”文章、做強“僑”經濟等問題提出真知灼見，助推汕頭促進經濟高質量發展。

劉文華教授代表學校致辭：

他指出，建校以來，汕頭大學扎根粵東、面向世界，堅持改革創新、先行先試，經過四十余年的探索，整體實力不斷增強，進入廣東省高水平大學建設計劃重點學科建設高校行列，成為省高等教育體制機制改革實驗示范校，入選省新時代教育評價改革試點學校。本次論壇以數字經濟和鄉村振興為主題，為實現共同富裕與中國式現代化貢獻社科界的智慧和力量，充分體現了廣大社科專家學者堅持服務大局的政治自覺和科研情懷。汕頭大學希望以此為契機，逐步建立起多層次、寬領域、常態化的學術合作與交流機制。在新征程上，汕頭大學將繼續堅持守正創新、推進產學研結合，在服務地方經濟和社會發展中體現更大的使命擔當。

聶普焱教授圍繞《產業數字化理論與應用研究》、費顯政教授圍繞《社會化媒體背景下的公益行為》、易法敏教授圍繞《農村電商如何實現長效減貧——ICT可行能力視角》、楊學儒教授圍繞《構建創業共同體助力農民農村共同富裕》、鐘遠光教授圍繞《面向中斷的供應鏈韌性策略和管理辦法》、王瑋教授圍繞《數字化賦能助力制造企業高質量發展》等主題分享了各自的研究成果。

論壇下午的議程設三個小組報告環節，與會專家學者們圍繞“文旅產業融合與數智鄉村建設”“營商環境優化與農村高質量發展”“數字經濟與供應鏈數字化創新”等主題展開深入交流與探討。本次論壇的成功舉辦是社科界深入學習貫徹黨的二十大精神，深入學習貫徹習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想、全力助推數字中國建設的實際行動，充分體現了廣大社科專家學者堅持服務大局的政治自覺、經世致用的使命擔當、勇立潮頭的科研情懷，契合“培育創新文化，弘揚科學家精神，涵養優良學風，營造創新氛圍”的時代發展要求。汕頭大學商學院將以此為契機，逐步建立起多層次、寬領域、常態化的合作與交流機制，堅定不移推動產學研相互促進，在數字經濟時代抓住機遇、踔厲奮發、守正創新，在服務地方經濟和社會發展中體現更大的使命擔當、彰顯更強的時代價值。

In order to thoroughly study and publicize the spirit of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress and give full play to the role of the social science community in theory propaganda, research and interpretation, the School of Business Shantou University successfully held the 2022 Guangdong Social Science Academic Annual Conference Parallel Session "Gathering Data to Connect Overseas Chinese, Digital Intelligent Village Construction and High-quality Development" Forum both online and offline on November 12，2022.

The forum was hosted by the Guangdong Federation of Social Sciences, organized by the School of Business Shantou University, Research Institute for Guangdong-Taiwan Business Cooperation (a key research base for humanities and social sciences in Guangdong universities), and co-organized by Shantou Federation of Social Sciences, Shantou Overseas Chinese Doctor Development Association, Center for Southeast Asia Studies and Chaoshang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Center.

The forum was embraced by considerable attention and support from national academia. It had received nearly 80 papers from scholars of more than 20 universities and Party Schools, including Sun Yat-sen University, SouthEast University, East China Normal University, Zhengzhou University, South China Agricultural University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Yangzhou University, Dalian Maritime University, the Party School of the Communist Party of China Guangzhou Municipal Committee and Shantou University. Nearly 200 scholars and experts participated online.

Li Hanmin, a member of the Party Group, Deputy Secretary and Director of the Office of the Guangdong Federation of Social Sciences, delivered a speech via video at the opening ceremony. Li Xudong, chairman of the Shantou Federation of Social Science, Liu Wenhua, Vice-President of Shantou University, and Liang Qiang, Dean of Business School Shantou University, attended the opening ceremony of the Forum and delivered speeches. Prof.Nie Puyan, Dean of the School of Economics, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, Prof. Fei Xianzheng, School of Business Administration, Central South University of Finance and Economics, Prof. Yi Famin, School of Economics and Management, South China Agricultural University, Prof. Yang Xueru, School of Economics and Management, South China Agricultural University, Prof.Zhong Yuanguang, School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology and Prof. Wang Wei, School of Management, Jinan University delivered keynote speeches at the conference. Professor Bu Xiangzhi, Dean of Research Institute for Guangdong-Taiwan Business Cooperation and Professor of School of Business Shantou University, presided over the opening ceremony of the forum.

Prof. Li Hanmin, a member of the Party Group, Deputy Secretary and Director of the Office of the Guangdong Federation of Social Sciences conducted a speech:

In his speech, Li Hanmin pointed out that both the digital economy and rural revitalization covered by the theme of today's forum are national strategies, and Guangdong, as a large economic province, should be at the forefront of promoting the revitalization of rural industries, culture, talents, and organizations, and advancing the deep integration of digital technology and real economy.

Li Xudong,chairman of the Shantou Federation of Social Science conducted a speech:

He pointed out that Shantou, one of the first special economic zones in China and a nationally renowned overseas Chinese hometown, should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress and the important speeches and instructions of Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to Guangdong and Shantou, seize the strategic opportunity of the digital wave, and stimulate the effect of digital technology in empowering intelligence, value, and energy.

Professor Liu Wenhua, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice-President of Shantou University conducted a speech:

He pointed out that since its establishment, Shantou University has been rooted in the east of Guangdong, facing the world, insisting on reform and innovation, early and pilot implementation. After more than 40 years of exploration, Shantou University has been continuously strengthened, and it has entered the ranks of Guangdong High-level University Construction Plan Key Discipline Construction Universities. It has become a provincial experimental demonstration university of the higher education system and mechanism reform and has been selected as a provincial pilot university of education evaluation reform in the new era. With the theme of the digital economy and rural revitalization, this forum contributes the wisdom and strength of the social science community to achieve common prosperity and the Chinese path to modernization, fully reflecting the political consciousness and scientific research sentiment of the social science experts and scholars who adhere to serving the overall situation. Shantou University hopes to take this opportunity to gradually establish a multi-level, wide-ranging, and normalized academic cooperation and exchange mechanism. In the new journey, Shantou University will continue to adhere to righteousness and innovation, promote the integration of industry, education, and research, and embody a greater mission in serving the local economy and social development.

He delivered in his speech that the theme of the forum was in line with the spirit of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress and that the School of Business Shantou University would continue to promote high quality of professional construction, academic development, services to the local community, and improve the discipline construction system to implement the important mission of fostering virtue through education and developing the country through science and education.

During the session, Prof. Nie Puyan, Prof. Fei Zhengxian, Prof. Yi Famin, Prof. Yang Xueru, Prof. Zhong Yuanguang, Prof. Wang Wei shared their research outcomes.

The afternoon session is featured of three-panel presentations and in-depth exchanges between experts and scholars.

This forum is a practical action of the social science community to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to fully contribute to the construction of digital China. The School of Business Shantou University will take this opportunity to gradually establish a multi-level, wide-ranging, and normalized cooperation and exchange mechanism, firmly promote the mutual promotion of industry,education and research and embody a greater mission in serving the local economy and social development.
