1. Take the responsibilities to meet the requirements in the teaching, scientific research and administrative management of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

2. According to the school's development plan, formulate the medium and long-term development plan and annual work plan of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and propose specific reform measures.

3. Responsible for teaching work, promote education and teaching reform, establish and improve teaching quality monitoring system, strict teaching management, ensure teaching quality, and cultivate high-quality talents.

4. Responsible for the establishment of disciplines and majors. According to the school's discipline development plan and unified requirements, combined with the actual development of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, organize the formulation of the college's discipline and professional development plan, adjust and optimize the professional setting, organize the demonstration and declaration of newly established majors, and achieve the goal of discipline and professional construction.

5. Organize scientific research, actively carry out academic science and technology exchange activities, and is good at the organization and declaration of teaching and scientific research projects and achievements.

6. Take responsibilities of the recruitment, assessment and related evaluation, reward and punishment of teaching staff; organize teaching and research offices and laboratories to conduct training for teaching and teaching assistants.

7. Responsible for the development of teaching staff. According to the school's teacher team development plan and requirements, combined with the actual needs of the discipline construction and development of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, formulate the unit's teacher team development plan and organize its implementation; be responsible for the training, and management of teachers; Do a good job in the selection, training and management of various outstanding talents at all levels such as discipline leaders, and the construction of the academic echelon; cooperate with the HR department to do a good job in the evaluation and employment of professional and technical positions.

8. Take responsibilities of the development and management of the laboratory (center) and professional practice base; formulate the purchase plan for the college's teaching equipment, experimental equipment, administrative office equipment and library materials, and do a good job in the asset management of the college.

9. Take responsibilities of organization and implementation of rules and regulations related to teaching, scientific research and other administrative aspects of the college.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the school party committee and the principal.

Job Requirements:

1. Discipline and major requirements: Master's degree or above in related majors offered by the department, with an overseas study background.

2. Domestic applicants should be professors and doctoral supervisors from well-known universities or research institutions; overseas applicants should be outstanding scholars from well-known universities or research institutions; or work backgrounds in well-known enterprises.

3. Understand the situation of higher education in China and abroad, have higher education management experience, have strong organizational coordination ability and international academic vision.
